Pour les travaux sur une construction existante, ce seuil est port\u00e9 \u00e0 40\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0si la construction est situ\u00e9e dans une\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoportail-urbanisme.gouv.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zone urbaine couverte par &#8220;un plan local d&#8217;urbanisme&#8221;\u00a0(PLU)<\/a>\u00a0ou\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/geo.data.gouv.fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8220;un plan d&#8217;occupation des sols&#8221;\u00a0(POS)<\/a>.<\/li><li>Les implantations d\u2019habitations l\u00e9g\u00e8res de loisirs dont la surface de plancher est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 35\u00a0m\u00b2.<\/li><li>Les ouvrages et accessoires des lignes de distribution d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique dont la tension est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 63\u00a0000\u00a0volts.<\/li><li>Les murs dont la hauteur au-dessus du sol est sup\u00e9rieur ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 2\u00a0m.<\/li><li>Les piscines dont le bassin a une superficie inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 100\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0et qui ne sont pas couvertes ou dont la couverture, fixe ou mobile, a une hauteur au-dessus du sol inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1,80\u00a0m.<\/li><li>Les ch\u00e2ssis et serres dont la hauteur au-dessus du sol est comprise entre 1,80\u00a0m et 4\u00a0m, et dont la surface au sol n\u2019exc\u00e8de pas 2000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0sur une m\u00eame unit\u00e9 fonci\u00e8re.<\/li><li>Les ouvrages de production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire dont la puissance cr\u00eate est inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 250 kW.<\/li><li>Les fosses n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 agricole dont le bassin a une superficie sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0et inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 100\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/li><li>Les constructions suivantes d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019elles sont situ\u00e9es dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.culture.gouv.fr\/Sites-thematiques\/Monuments-Sites\/Interventions-demarches\/Proteger-au-titre-des-sites-patrimoniaux-remarquables\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sites patrimoniaux remarquables (SPR)<\/a>, dans les abords des monuments historiques, dans un site class\u00e9 ou en instance de classement : celles qui ont pour r\u00e9sultat la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une surface de plancher et d\u2019une emprise au sol inf\u00e9rieure ou \u00e9gale \u00e0 20\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup>, les ouvrages de production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire install\u00e9s sur le sol dont la puissance cr\u00eate est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 3\u00a0KW, les murs quel que soit leur hauteur, les cl\u00f4tures\u2026<\/li><li>Les travaux modifiant l\u2019aspect initial ext\u00e9rieur d\u2019une construction par exemple : le remplacement d\u2019une fen\u00eatre ou d\u2019une porte par un autre mod\u00e8le, le percement d&#8217;une nouvelle fen\u00eatre, ou le choix d&#8217;une nouvelle couleur de peinture pour la fa\u00e7ade.\u00a0<\/li><li>Les changements de destination d\u2019un local (par exemple, la transformation d\u2019un local commercial en local d\u2019habitation) sans modification des structures porteuses ou de la fa\u00e7ade du b\u00e2timent.<\/li><li>Les travaux de ravalement effectu\u00e9s dans des secteurs prot\u00e9g\u00e9s par exemple : dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u2019un site patrimonial remarquable, les abords des monuments historiques ou dans un site class\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a href=\"https:\/\/roches-sur-marne.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/cerfa_13703-07-declaration-prealable.pdf\">cerfa_13703-07-declaration-prealable<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/roches-sur-marne.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/cerfa_13703-07-declaration-prealable.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download>T\u00e9l\u00e9charger<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>D\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable\u00a0: pour quels travaux\u00a0?
